Disclosure up front: this page contains an affiliate link, so we may be paid if you sign up. We have not personally used Kaydem Credit Help. Elsewhere on this site we publish our own measured numbers; we can’t here. So below we separate what Kaydem claims from what we checked, and we’re direct about what credit repair can and cannot legally do — because that’s the part most affiliate pages leave out.
Read this before you read anything else
No company can remove accurate, current, verifiable negative information from your credit report. Not Kaydem, not anyone. A late payment you actually made late, a charge-off that’s genuinely yours — those stay until they age off, generally seven years (ten for most bankruptcies).
What credit repair legitimately does is challenge items that are inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or that the furnisher cannot verify. That is a real and often valuable service — reporting errors are common. But if any service implies it can delete accurate history, walk away.
You can also do this yourself, free. Disputing with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion costs nothing, and you’re entitled to free reports at AnnualCreditReport.com. People pay a service for process, persistence and follow-through — not for access. That’s a legitimate thing to buy, as long as you know that’s what you’re buying.
Your legal protections
Credit repair is regulated by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act. Under it, any company you hire must:
- Not charge you before services are performed. Advance fees are prohibited.
- Give you a written contract and a separate written statement of your rights.
- Allow you to cancel within three days, without penalty.
- Not make untrue or misleading statements about what it can achieve.
If any provider — Kaydem or otherwise — asks for money up front or won’t put terms in writing, that’s your signal to stop. Verify these directly before you pay anything.
What Kaydem does
Kaydem Credit Help offers personal credit repair and profile optimization. Per their materials, that covers challenging inaccurate derogatory entries and inquiries, correcting personal information on reports (name variants, old addresses, employment details), confirming credit lines and balances are reported correctly, and ongoing profile support.
The workflow is onboarding, then multi-channel disputes of inaccurate or unverifiable entries with bureaus and furnishers, then ongoing optimisation.
What we verified
- The site is live and their stated founding year of 2008 appears on it, checked 3 August 2026. That’s a genuinely long run in a category with heavy turnover, and it counts for something.
What we did NOT verify
- Client volume. Around 9,800 clients is cited in their materials. We did not find it on the homepage and cannot confirm it.
- Score increases of 100–200+ points. These come from testimonials, which are vendor-controlled. Treat them as best cases, not expectations. Regulations prohibit guaranteeing specific increases, and any implied guarantee should make you cautious.
- Pricing and any money-back structure. Not confirmed. Get it in writing, and check it against the advance-fee rule above.
One relationship worth knowing about
Kaydem is frequently recommended alongside business-funding services, including Fund&Grow, which we also review on this site. Referral relationships between credit-repair and funding companies are normal, and they also mean recommendations may not be neutral — including ours where we use affiliate links. Decide on each service’s own merits.
Who it fits
- You have specific items you believe are inaccurate or unverifiable and DIY disputes have stalled.
- You’re preparing for a mortgage, business funding or higher limits and have time before you apply.
- You’d rather pay for persistence than manage months of correspondence yourself.
Who should skip it
- Your negative marks are accurate and current. No service can help, and paying implies otherwise. Time and on-time payments are the fix.
- You haven’t pulled your own reports yet. Do that first, free — you may find fewer errors than you assume, or more.
- You need results in weeks. Disputes run on bureau timelines, roughly 30 days per cycle.
- You’re being asked for money before any work is done.
Bottom line
Kaydem has been at this since 2008, which in credit repair is genuinely notable. If you have inaccurate or unverifiable items and want someone to run the process, it’s a reasonable option — provided you confirm the contract, the cancellation right and the no-advance-fee rule yourself.
What it is not is a way to erase accurate history. Any page that suggests otherwise is selling you something that does not exist.

Not financial or legal advice. Credit repair results vary by individual circumstance. Only inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable information can generally be removed. Companies cannot lawfully guarantee specific score increases. You may dispute report errors yourself at no cost. Review all contracts before signing.
